GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
Below is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website www.pedragosa.net
The acceptance of this document implies that the user:
– You’ve read, you understand and you’re agree with this text.
– That is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
– That assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
The present conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all the hirings made through the site www.pedragosa.net
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify said Conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between the provider and the user, at the moment when the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.
The contractual relationship of purchase, involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly exposed through the website, a specific product or service.
PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT
The user to be able to access the services offered by the provider, must register through the website through the creation of a user account. To do this, the user must provide free and voluntary personal data that will be required.
The user will select a username and password, committing to make diligent use of them, and not make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the provider of the loss or theft of the same or possible access by an unauthorized third party. , so that it proceeds to the immediate blockade.
Once the user account has been created, it is informed that in accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
1. Select the specific products for purchase.

4. Validate the purchase.
After the transaction and within 24 hours will be sent an email with the confirmation of your purchase and the detail of the transaction made.
CHOICE OF THE PRODUCT
The buyer is solely responsible for the choice of the product object of the sale, as well as the use or function to which it is intended. Therefore, the provider is not responsible or guarantees that the product is suitable for the applications intended by the buyer, or to achieve, in whole or in part, the objectives set by him to make the purchase of the products.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS
6.1. The user must provide truthful information about the data requested in the order fulfillment form, indicating a delivery address in which the items can be delivered, within the usual schedule of delivery of goods. In case of breach of this obligation by the client, www. pedragosa.net will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the client.
THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify the shipping policy in those cases that due to the volume and destination of the order have to apply a higher rate
DEADLINE OF VALIDITY
The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case shall be expressed in the Euro € currency.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case this will always be previously communicated to the users.
Any payment made to the provider will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user.
For any information about the order, the user may do so via email to the e-mail address info @ pedragosa.net. The order number that was assigned and indicated in the purchase confirmation email must be indicated in the subject of the message.
The offers will be valid for the time they are published on the website or until the date indicated in the offer itself.
THE FORM OF PAYMENT
VISA, MASTERCARD AND JCB cards are accepted as payment.
The customer can make a transfer with the data that will be indicated before and after making the purchase. Once the transfer or deposit is verified, we will prepare and send the order.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The user will have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same. Unless the return is made for defects in the product, the expenses related to the shipment will be assumed by the user. In any case the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The right of withdrawal can not be applied to personalized products or for reasons of hygiene or other legally contemplated exceptions are not susceptible to this right
www pedragosa.net will not refund the amount or make any return of merchandise while the reception and state of packaging and accessories of the article object of the return or change in our stores has not been verified.
DELIVERY TERM
Delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The delivery and delivery times will be counted from the acceptance of the order and are merely indicative. The buyer will not be entitled to any compensation for eventual delays in delivery.
The delivery time will be approximately 2 days, this may increase due to causes beyond our company such as: customs withholdings, package losses, force majeure, strikes and any other cause that justifies it.
For more information, it is important to bear in mind that the procedure during this time is as follows: receive the merchandise from the supplier, prepare the order and make the shipment through the parcel company.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with what is established in Article 5 of the L.O. 15/1999 of protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will become part of a file responsible for our company in order to enable the commercial relationship with you, for the delivery of the products purchased, as well as for the remission of information related to our products and services, including for this the electronic mail.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to our address, accompanying your request in writing a photocopy of your NIF to www. pedragosa.net
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established. The provider and the user, agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
SHIPPING

The sausages that we offer in PEDRAGOSA usually have a sufficient conservation period to reach the following points of sale by geographical areas:
Peninsula: Peninsular Spain, Portugal and Andorra.
Spain Islands: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Europe A: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Europe B: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden and Romania.
Europe C: Albania, Bosnia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Monaco.
Delivery time
Due to the traditional products elaborated in different geographical areas, not always easily accessible and to the artisan manufacture and in many cases limited, it is not possible to guarantee an immediate delivery. In addition, to preserve the best conditions of the products and to be as little time as possible in the transport, to avoid that there are days stored in places that we do not control, we usually gather the shipments from Monday to Thursday.
All this means that for the moment and for the best taste experience, we can offer you a delivery time of between 2 and 10 calendar days from the purchase in Peninsula and up to 14 calendar days for the rest of the destinations enabled in the paragraph previous (for the purchases that choose as a means of payment the bank transfer the term begins since we receive the income).
Service costs
Shipping costs go FREE for those orders that exceed 80 euros to the Peninsula.
