With the arrival of summer we feel like eating different, fresh dishes. We have a little more time for cooking and want to innovate!
We have found some delicious recipes that we want to share with you. We can only tell you in advance that they are all yummy!

Pear soup with dried sausage

A super light recipe, delicious and very easy to make.

Liquefy the pear and add a little salt and oil. Before serving, add some sausage shavings.

Guacamole and fuet toasts

Ingredients for the guacamole:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • Half lime juice
  • Coriander leaves

Toast bread, add a base of guacamole, chop the whip and tomato into small pieces

Fuet tartare

Ingredients:

  • 1 fuet
  • 2 ripe tomates
  • Olive oil
  • Toasts

Remove the skin from the fuet, grind it in very small pieces and set aside.

Peel and grate the tomatoes. Mix it with the fuet.

Add oil to serve.

Put it in a mould and put it into the fridge.

Add some toast to serve it.

Bean salad with mint and culana dried sausage

Ingredients:

  • 150-200 gr of very small, peeled and fresh beans
  • 8-10 culana dried sausage pieces
  • Tender mint sprouts
  • Endive
  • Ham cubes
  • Canned mushrooms
  • Salt and olive oil

Preparation:

– Sauté the ham and set aside

– Cut the endive into small pieces

– Mix the beans, endive, mint and ham. Add salt and oil

– Put it in a mold, cool and serve
